More changes on the way
From 1st June this year the letting industry is having to adjust to further legislation with the Government banning all tenant fees and capping the amount of security deposit that a landlord can take to equivalent of 5 weeks rent, but what does this mean when serving the tenant a Section 21 Notice requiring possession of the property?
