LEASE ENFRANCHISEMENT VALUATIONS


Sweeting Associates are able to provide advise to both leaseholders and freeholders with regard to the premiums payable to extend residential leases. Our advice will include information on the statutory rights and procedures, assessments of premiums payable and recommendations on how best to proceed.

In addition and if required we are able to conduct negotiations with the other parties professional advisors, and if necessary help to take the matter to a Tribunal should a settlement not be agreed.

Neither a leaseholder or a freeholder would be wise in attempting to undertake a Lease Extension negotiations without having first sought the advise of a valuation surveyor, competent in the legislation and with access to good local knowledge.
